RH Electrical Solutions does not carry out any making good or remove waste.
V.A.T
Unless indicated otherwise, all quotes will be exclusive of Tax (20%) .
Payment
An invoiced will be issued upon completion. Payment is due within 7 days. Anything over 30 days will incur a 10% service charge on the full amount.
Workmanship
Workmanship comes with a 5 year guarantee as part of the NICEIC.
Materials
All materials supplied come with a 12 month warranty. No warranty is offered on materials which are sourced direct from the customer.
Faults
RH Electrical Solutions does not accept liability for pre-existing faults due to upgrading of an installation.
Breaches of contract
If the agreement ends, RH Electrical Solutions is entitled to remove all of our equipment from your premises. You will remain liable to us for any sums which you have not paid, for all work done up to date of termination and for any other breaches of this contract.
